Diocletian, 284-305. Follis (Silvered bronze, 29 mm, 10.49 g, 6 h), Treveri, circa 302-303. IMP DIOCLETIANVS P F AVG Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Diocletian to right, seen from behind. Rev. MONETA S AV-GG ET CAESS NN / S - F / IITR Moneta standing front, head to left, holding scales in her right hand and cornucopiae in her left. RIC -, cf. 544a (differing bust type). Apparently unpublished with this impressive bust type. Minor corrosion, otherwise, about extremely fine.
